Class Descriptions
 
Cardio Kickbox – A high energy kickboxing class using heave bags and a lot of cardio, one of our most popular classes.

Cardio Pump – One of our most successful classes, it uses barbells and hand weights, to get your blood pumping and sweat flowing.

Jazzercise – The longest running and most reliable dance workout going, uses lots of today's hits to get your sweating.

Low Impact Cardio Fit – Low impact step and other exercises to get the heart rate up without overly straining the body.

Low Impact Cardio Circuit – Low impact cardio circuit training using treadmills and rowers combined withy other cardio exercises.

No Limit Cardio Dance – Dance based workout using creative choreography and today's hottest music from rock to hip-hop.

Silver Sneakers – A gentle class for strengthening, flexibility, balance, and posture, geared towards beginners and older members.

Silver Sneakers II – Our more advance Sliver Sneakers class that involves increased cardiovascular exercise and conditioning.

SpinCross – Combination of Spinning and cross-training exercises to work the whole body including the core!

Spinning –Traditional spinning workout for beginners and advanced alike, great for weight loss and cardio conditioning.

Total Body Conditioning – Focusing on posture, strength, and stability, utilizing pilates and other techniques.

Yoga – Traditional yoga classes mostly on the mat and sometimes use balls, straps, blocks. Etc.

Gentle Yoga – A more gentle from of our standard yoga classes, great for beginners and those looking for a more basic class!

X-Fit – A high intensity workout using a variety of bootcamp style exercises to build strenght and cardio endurance.

Zumba – Join the world wide craze. You'll be sweatin and movin to some of the hottest latin grooves. It's a party.
